The step by step approach is very easy to follow.

Great book with a ton of variety

I was not sure what to expect from the recipes in the book but after trying a couple recipes it has become my new go to for the winter. It has a great variety of recipes whether you want to use your slow cooker or whip something up quickly. So far I have made ~20 different items and I would say all but 2 turned out as new favorites

I would not have thought of since I like food too
