Why fasting is actually good for health

Pretty happy with this cookbook. Can't comment on ALL the recipes (it's take a long time to try them all), but the dozen or so that we've tried have been excellent all the way around. Something in here for every palate and great for someone like me who is a lazy cook! I love dumping ingredients in the slow cooker and forgetting about it! Yummy book! That's a perfect one

I've made several of the recipes. The Greek chicken sheet pan dinner, the Italian sausage, white bean and escarole soup (I substitute with kale), the creamy tomato soup, and the shrimp a la corolla are tasty and super easy to prep. I didn't care much for the chicken paprika, and in general, I haven't had much success with slow cooking drumsticks. MMm i love it!

The step by step approach is very easy to follow.

I like how simple the lifestyle change is and the great benefits of fasting the audiobook explains, it's simple and easy to follow. I think it is exceptionally beneficial on the chance that you pursued well and accustomed to it.

I am very pleased listened to this book!

This is a great book about Intermittent Fasting 101. AWESOME data pressed by the Creator. I've heard the "step-by-step" claim before but the author really delivers on it in this book. If you're looking to make a steady income from options, this would be the book I'd recommend.

What is intermittent fasting 101?

Would you listen to Intermittent Fasting 101 again? Why?
This guide to fasting is full of the excellent content for anyone looking towards fasting to step up their level of health.

I bought this book because was very recently diagnosed with diabetes type ll. I've been following the guidelines laid down in this book and I'm amazed at how it has affected my blood sugar level. I will continue to use the information in this book to reverse my diabetes and I would recommend it to everyone who owns a physical body and wishes to live a longer, healthier life.

Great book!!

This is a great book!! Things like this should be handled not as a diet but lifestyle change. The concepts are broken down in a way that's easy to read and informative. This book has a lot of great info for beginners. As someone who is familiar with intermittent fasting, I still learned a lot.

Nice recipe book

The recipes are simple and easy to prepare. I'll definitely use this to serve some for my love ones and relatives. Such an excellent book.one of the best book i ever read.learned so many things.They stated they have made 2 recipes from it and enjoyed them both exactly as recipe is written.

Helpful guide

A useful book for beginners.

It's a decent book for thinking about irregular fasting. An incredibly enlightening book. Learning approach gave. The writer gives full stuff for making this book supportive. I truly preferred this book and would suggest any individual who needs such sort of data.

I found this one full of useful information

This is an interesting weight loss audiobook. There are many diet audiobooks out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this audiobook actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful audiobook.

It has more tips and tricks,

I love it because it helps you not get lost in the recipe. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. Even with that single blotch, I figured I would give this book a go since it looked to be giving pretty interesting and solid content.This is an excellent intermittent fasting book.

This book has a huge amount of data.

This book will enable you to learn and see progressively about Intermittent Fasting. This book has a huge amount of data into the history and investigation of fasting.
