excellent book

Intermittent fasting is apparently an up and coming trend which has many benefits for your body and mind. It is basically a cycle in which you avoid eating for certain periods of time. I liked the way how author has explained intermittent fasting. It's easy to understand and implement fasting techniques. I would highly recommend this book!

enjoyable

I must have been really frustrated about my shape that I'd do everything I can to get these things off my body. I am excited to try these. The tips and suggestions by the author were all great! It's easy and enjoyable. I just hope that I'll get a positive result as well. I congratulate the author for writing this book. You gave me so much inspiration to be in shape and a lot of information about fasting. I love it! I recommend this book to all! Worth my time.

The book is very informative and helpful. It contains a lot of tips, about what you can eat, about foods that contains protein, good fats and carbohydrates and the methods of intermittent fasting. If you’re trying to lose weight, I recommend this book.

Intermittent diet is one of the proven diet plan where a person goes through a large meal ,followed by small meal and than for a specific hour the person should not eat anything.The author describe the concept nicely in the chapter . Through this book one can learn about the Intermittent diet,the method of applying the diet day wise,Sample Meal plan and some myths about the diet.I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to loose weight in shorter span of time

This book & its all guides taught me about how to do the things done perfectly and keep my lifestyle adjust with this weight losing system. I’ll go ahead and say this first – I think most people can use some form of intermittent fasting for body composition changes. However, I would like to suggest this book for lkstening and knowing all the essential thing about IF.

Intermittent Fasting can help you LOSE weight while retaining muscle, gain lean muscle mass while minimizing fat or building muscle while keeping the same level of body fat. Intermittent Fasting really focuses on DIET, NOT cardio, to get results. Each part of this book helped me to realize & understand key points of this system. After listening this entire book, I already took a decision to follow this weight losing system from next months. The author has done a brilliant job and hopefully I will check his more books near soon.
