Mandy works with a colleague who is on the International Space Station whose experiment goes out of control. The NSC chief's spring budget renewal places demands on the IA group, and the colonel has to battle increasing irrationality up out of the blue.

Dr. G Continues to explore fresh sci fi ideas, an this was another innovative story that I truly enjoye. But I think the u. Minnesota PART IS FACT WHICH MAKES IT EVEN MORE IRONIC.
