Soooo helpful!

I found this audiobook about Instagram Marketing so helpful! I own a small business and use Instagram to drive traffic to my website, but posting product pictures just hasn't had the effect I see other businesses achieve. This book helped me pinpoint a lot of places where I can improve and I hope to see more engagement soon!

This book covers branding, market research, competitor research, growing followers, partnering with influencers, taking photos, ads, and other apps. As I listened, I jotted down notes and ideas on how to apply the material. Looking through my notes, every section was helpful and gave me some new tips. I highly recommend this book. I requested a copy of the audiobook, and I'm voluntarily leaving a review.

Okay

This was an interesting book. I found some of the information is stuff that will not be obsolete in a few months to a year. Some items though are different then they were a year ago, That is the hard part of reading/listening to a book about social media because it is always changing.

With all the info though, I think a hard copy might be better to mark up and take notes.

Sam Hundle has an easy voice to listen to.

FASCINATING!

Lots of useful info

"It's Instagram," you may be thinking. "How much is there to say about it?" The answer, as it turns out, is, "Lots." At one point I paused the narration--I was listening on my phone--and opened my own Instagram account so I could change the "Name" field of my settings to correspond with the author's recommendations, before I forgot it.

And that, as I see it, is the only downside here: there's so much information that it's hard to absorb in one pass. This is an audiobook to listen to in short snatches, with a pad and pencil close at hand to take notes. Fortunately, it's arranged in short (usually less than 20 minutes) chapters, so you could do this without a major time commitment. I notice it's also available as a paperback; it might be worth investing $19.95 in a paper copy that you can mark up with a highlighter.

As for the narration, it's clear and enthusiastic, although a few pronunciations made me think, "Wait, what?" The text references a number of websites offering support services, and I was glad to notice that the narrator spells these out, as all those "www dot coms" can be easily misunderstood.

All in all, I'm glad my request for a free review copy was granted, and I look forward to putting a few of its recommendations into practiced.
