An inspiring read!

How do you save a girl from a deadly fate when you don’t know how she’s going to die? I think this is my favourite from what I have read so far - it deals with such an important issue and I hope everybody can take that message with them that the book conveys. Lovely writing - I love how it flows so naturally that you get so engrossed in it, you forget everyone and anything. Full of abilities, secrets, visions, psychics, ghosts, trust, friends, romance and family. Perfect for readers of paranormal romances. Enjoyable listen and narration.

A Great Ending to the Story

The third and final book in this trilogy finishes up with a satisfying ending. This time Crystal is called on to help someone while she is trying on the bridesmaid dress for her mother's wedding. The only problem is she doesn't even know the girl... so how is she suppose to go about saving her? If you like the paranormal and plucky teenagers, then this is a great series for you!

Not as good as the first 2

I didn't like this book as much as the previous two but I think it's because Crystal is forced to hide a part of herself in order to save someone she ends up befriending. It left a sort of sour feeling towards the friend but I completely understood Crystal's reasonings and feelings. The character growth for all the characters is perfect. I still find myself annoyed by how teenagers are acting like teenagers *LMAO* but really the author should be praised for the way she's able to express this, even when it's something that so many people tend to dislike; it's honest and real so it makes the mystical parts realistic as well. I'm sort of addicted to this series.

I liked it!

I liked that Crystal was able to have more confidence in herself and her abilities separate from what others thought. The plot was good, if a little sad. And the narrator was fantastic with the voices and the emotions of the characters! The only frustrating thing for me was that Crystal kept running headlong into potentially life-threatening situations without telling anyone her plans or bringing back-up. It just struck me as odd considering that Teddy, an adult that's prominent in her life, is a cop so she should know this. Otherwise, I liked the book.

Psychic YA

This book was really good. Crystal is working hard on her powers and so is Emma these two are really good friends who are trying to help people. Crystal again didn’t get much warning or anything else to go on but she was determined to save the girl she was asked to save. Her mom was great in this one and so was Teddy. Crystal and Robin were really cute. I can’t wait to see what happens next for Crystal and her friends. This one was a bit heavier than the previous ones but still really good!

Can Crystal unravel the clues to save her friend.

I will admit I listened to this book in 2 parts. The narrator is very good but I found the story a bit slow and Crystal was constantly doubting herself and it annoyed me a bit. But overall it was a good book and a good story. I received a free copy of this book from the author but the opinions expressed are my own.

the 3rd book in the serise is great, just as entertaining as the first two book. The narration by Kim is amazing, she really bring everyone to life, Kim also give the story a life of its own, she's definitely a wonderful narrator. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

omg can't take this any longer

stupid, whiny, moaning, weak child as a main character who cries frigging NON STOP The narrator seems like sobbing while speaking so it makes it even more unbearable It should say it's a series for children or whatever as a warning cause there's no way in hell a normal adult can enjoy these - and I read plenty of YA

Inspired by frost

This is the third in the series and you could read/ listen to this as a stand alone book, but I would recommend reading the others as it would give you more depth about the characters. Crystal is still learning and developing her abilities with the help and support of her friends and family. In the previous books she has help a girl in a abusive relationship and in the other she helps find a abducted girl. This book she gets told she needs to help a girl or she will die, not much pressure there. She will need to improve her abilities and learn new ones if she can achieve this. It's a good story the audiobook is easy to listen to and looking forward to find out what the next book will focus on.

Worthy addition to the series

“She’ll take her last breath the next time you wear that dress.” Months of passive paranormal activity leads Crystal to believe that her mother’s wedding to Teddy will go without incident. Crystal is on high alert however, after a ghost named Melissa, turns up in her fitting room while she’s picking out her maid of honour dress, with an ominous message warning her about someone’s impending death. Upon investigation, Crystal comes to the conclusion that the girl in danger is Sage, a classmate of Robins. But how do you save a girl from a deadly fate when you have no idea how she’s going to die? Inspired by Frost is the third instalment of the Crystal Frost series. While the previous books dealt with issues such as domestic abuse and child abduction, this instalment tackles the subject of sexual abuse, self harming and attempted suicide. We see Crystal facing her biggest challenge yet as she attempts to befriend a girl who has no reason to trust her, in order to ascertain the direction the threat to her life is coming from. I felt that the author handled the subject of sexual abuse with great sensitivity. I felt emotionally invested in Sage’s story as one can only imagine her inner private struggle over the years. I felt genuine tears well up at the end over the ‘inspired by Frost’ comment. While the book started off slow with Crystal once more struggling with self doubt, the ending was worth it. It was less predictable than previous instalments as I didn’t realise the danger was hiding in plain sight all along which made it all the more devastating. This was a strong addition to the series and I’ll be reading the authors fourth and final book next. This series is ideal for young fans of paranormal abilities, ghosts, psychics and mysteries. I received a advanced free audible copy of Inspired by Frost which was read by the excellent Kim Reiko and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
