Publisher's Summary

Do you feel that your relationships have always a bad, bit end? Why do you tend to leave your partner, instead of trying solving the problems which you have together? Do you feel that there is always something wrong in yourself?

Sometimes it’s not easy to understand your inner sensations. I mean, the deepest part of your feelings is a complicated issue.

There is one bad habit called insecurity. This emotion could lead and generate disastrous happenings, like divorces, abandon of a partner or a best friend, sense of loss, jealousy, lack of self-confidence or lack of confidence toward others.

What is insecurity? Insecurity is a negative emotion caused by the lack of confidence in your skills, talents. Sometimes it should be referred to the appearance, for example, you see yourself as ugly, not attractive. In general, if you feel insecure, it means that you lack confidence in yourself.

In this audiobook, I will explain to you how to recognize this negative emotion which has a very bad impact on your life. I will help you changing your mind, introducing some positive thinking. You will analyze and find a concrete solution to negative thoughts like:

  • You will never find anyone who understands you.
  • Don't get too busy with it.
  • He/she doesn't care about you.
  • You need control.
  • Don't be too vulnerable; otherwise, you will hurt yourself.

Please stop living in such an unhappy life! Learn how to heal your relationship by buying this audiobook now!

Very auxiliary book-must listen to get help!

The exercises are helpful and some are easy to remember. There is good insight and helpful information. The most important tool I took from this listen is identifying my attachment and working on a different perspective. The author published an excellent listen for everyone.

Best Resource For Relationships Yet.

-Would you listen to Insecure in Love again? Why?

Yes, I'm about to.

-Any additional comments?

I'm very aware that I am keeping the self-help industry going. I've been in search of answers to my relationship issues and this is by far the most helpful book I've come across. It is incredibly keen to our feelings, thoughts, and self made prisons. Very good advice that is spelled out clearly and patiently...some of us have very thick heads.

Gentle, useful book; advice could have been more

This was a great listen , and is now a useful reference book to understand attachment typologies. What I find striking is that this author argues that to overcome anxious attachment, one needs to actively find a healthy relationship (friendly, familial, romantic, otherwise). This is easier said than done, and possibly easier in some life areas than others. Also, I find that this approach could put a lot of undue burden on the “healthily attached” person; in fact, many advice columns continually argue that if a partner is too needy, to drop them. I suppose this is where genuine love, understanding, and communication come in, and possibly the lacking factors that might have contributed to anxious attachment. In all, my self-awareness has heightened and I am less emotionally reliant on others, however I am not sure that I am closer to attracting the kind of complementary partner that is described in the book. In this regard, I feel the author should have spent more time discussing just ways that one can re frame one’s interactions and strategies for the individual to use with a potential partner, friend, colleague, child, pet, etc. versus rely heavily on finding successful healthy romantic attachment; this would have been more practical because we form many, many relationships over our lifetime, and the author could have spent more time on the common denominator in all of them: the individual.

Very helpful

This book was very helpful in identifying & working through attachment related anxiety. It helped me identify problems I have been struggling with and didn’t know how to address. It also facilitates an environment of change rather than just accepting the way you are if you’re not happy with it.
