Well written, well read, easy to listen and absorb

I love this format. I arrived here after enjoying the author's videos. What's in this book is completely unique from the videos, yet equally fascinating and well-presented. While not a long book, certainly an excellent use of money and time.

He Strikes Again

I got the paperback of the first book for my birthday when it came out and I loved it for its depth and range of topics. This book was no different, the hours I spent listening flew past while I worked. I will definitely be getting the physical copy for my library. Props to the narration too, I often watch Garrett Ryan on YouTube and I forgot several times during my listen that this wasn’t his voice. If you have a love for history especially Roman history this is another great one. 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

The informative style is amazing

The questions weave together to create an amazing image of the ancient world. I hope there is another book soon!
