How I wish I had read this book 20 years ago. I'm definitely did not know what I did not know. I am now 44... And am going to work diligently to follow this plan and become financially free so I can retire comfortably at 70.

Great book to jump-start your future
The only issue was that there are parts that are graphic representation that you can follow without the book handy. Also, I wish chapters had titles so when I wanted to jump around I could. Will listen to at least 3 more times this year.

I have been interested in entering the world of cashflow but had no idea where to even start. This book will explain what to do from the very beginning of your investing career and what steps to take to reach your goals! There’s no fluff here, the entire book was very informative with an action plan to get started!

Investing strategies on steroids
I read this book in one sitting. This books exposes strategies that Everyone needs to follow. Without a doubt this was an exile rating read. I wish I had this knowledge 20 years ago but now is better than never acquiring / consuming this material. I highly recommend this book got anyone interested in wealth building.
