This series doesn't get dull
First Colony doesn't get repetitive or fall into a rut. The familiar characters mature and new characters are introduced. The world building has opportunities for creative license and there is no limit to technological innovation.

Nice Segue book

Another great entry in the series
I liked the premise, though I question how some of the crew survived over 2 months without food. The concept of the alien life was good and right away I guessed the landing had been the start of trouble. I also liked the ' 86 "Aliens" movie reference. I look forward to the next adventure.
