Publisher's summary

An authentic but not graphic autobiography of Sarah Ann Horn’s one-year and five-month captivity and enslavement by the Comanches until sold to an American to liberate her for no personal gain. She describes her husband’s murder and separation from her children as her loss evermore.

narrator SUCKS!!!!

This most miserable narrator was very inept. He paused multiple times during the reading to sound out the word (even very simple words). He quietly belched many times as if he might have been under the influence at the time of narration. Wonderful story but painfully narrated! What a disgrace to the author of this fine and well written book.
