I hit the three digit lottery after the first time I listen to it lucky

As it should be

A subliminal recording to eventually change your thinking at a subconscious level. They way it should be delivered . I love this type of delivery without someone talking to me into some meditative relaxed state for 30 mins plus. Meditation has its place dont get me wrong but I don't have 2 hours to 3 hours a day for a month plus to commit to it.
I would rather listen to the music with the message being drowned out in the background. That way I can get things done as I listen. which is better for the listener anyways. if u really listen you can hear the message being spoken in the background but I've gotten very good at ignoring it.

Did not like

Basically just music playing the whole time .. the first chapter just repeated the same lines over and over.. I didn't enjoy it
