Awesome

I loved it, I would say that this book is for someone that has some level of awareness or consciousness on the self and is up to expand it. I would recommend it for a person who has tried different ways to change his life but by some reason didn't work. and the narration is good

Fred is the underdog of energy and spirituality!

This is my 20th book from Fred, but I have already stopped counting🙂. Don’t just listen, but the do the exercises he suggests and see what will happen!

Great book but it is missing a "part 2" of Chapter

If you could sum up Increase Your Energy in three words, what would they be?

The energy increasing exercises revealed in this book are empowering and energizing. I'm really enjoying all of this author's work.

Other titles by this author because a lot of what is taught in this book is also taught in his other titles

What does Thomas Miller bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He is a solid narrator, and easy to listen to at any speed

Incredible!

There were so many amazing exercises you shift your inner being in this book.

After applying some of the techniques he mentions in the earlier chapters such as “squeezing the lemon” I felt lighter ever since.

This is a book I will definitely revisit.

Amazing!!

Wonderful way of changing your way of thought. I work as a behavioral health RN and have found helpful ways to change habits and thought that wouldn't be so obvious . It's a great addition to incorporate interaction with my clients as well as myself.
