This book is my favorite to listen before going to bed. I have not seen angels either. But, I can relax well and fall sleep easily.

Very nice meditation

I love what Jan Yoxall's has to say about her own journey with Angels and spirit. The meditation is gentle and flowing. I do wish, though, that her story and the meditation were separated by chapter so I didn't have to hear the personal story each time I listen to the visualization/meditation. I don't like messing with the forward and back button. I do have it bookmarked but I think it would be smoother to separate them by chapter.
