Publisher's Summary

New York Times best-selling author Lexi Ryan brings listeners a sexy NFL player who's pulled out all the stops for one more chance with the love of his life.

I have four months to make my wife fall in love with me or let her go forever.

I loved Bailey Green long before she watched her loser ex take his last breaths. I held her while they lowered his coffin into the ground, stilled her shaking hands when the nightmares would tear her from sleep. I waited for her through her grief. But while she was always willing to let me in her bed, she refused to let me in the one place I longed to be - her heart.

Tired of playing second string to a dead man, I let her go. I moved to Florida to begin my NFL career and tried to pretend my perfect life didn't leave me empty. I'd almost given up. Until one drunken night in Vegas, we stumbled down the aisle and said, "I do".

In exchange for the divorce she wants so badly, she's agreed to remain my wife for four months. She has no idea the favors I've called in or the lies I've told to get her here, but if I succeed, none of that matters.

My secrets always seemed justified, but Bailey has her own - secrets that explain why she always pushed me away, secrets that make me wonder if I should have let her. Now we're in too deep and I might lose the only girl I've ever loved and the best friend I've ever had.

In Too Deep is a sexy and emotional novel intended for mature listeners. It's the fifth book in the world of the Blackhawk Boys, but can be enjoyed as a standalone.

Football. Secrets. Lies. Passion. These boys don't play fair. Which Blackhawk Boy will steal your heart?

Favorite Blackhawk Boy

I couldn't wait to get to Mason and Bailey's story since book 1 with Arrow & Mia's story and I always enjoyed the glimpses into their lives throughout everyone else's books too. While everyone had their own rough patches and stories it was truly heartbreaking and endearing how these two kept trying to fight for 4 years and they were finally able to let go of their secrets and move forward to get their Happily Ever After.

Excellent Series!! 5 Full Stars!!

Highly recommend that you begin with book 1 and listen in order. Characters are so lovable and you will love the friendships of this group. These are slow burn kind of books, so don’t expect a whole lot of sexy times. Loved this series. Going to find a new series of hers to begin right away!

Loved the entire series!! If you want all the feels, this series is for you.

Laughs, tears, anger, frustration and totally unpredictable. Lexi Ryan is my new favorite author. Tyler and Summer are my two new favorite narrators. I binged the whole series from Friday-Thursday. I didn’t want it to be over. I’m not in college, but the relationships between the characters and the situations/predicaments/drama are relatable.

What a story!

"It's complicated" doesn't even come close to covering all the things between the two main characters of this story. I've listened to all to former volumes and this one has been building up from the very beginning. Doing that can be dangerous due to the risk of disappointing the reader - was I disappointed - not at all! I laughed, I cried, I got angry and I fell in love with the characters - complicated or not. Loved the depth of them which fitted the story perfectly. Loved how their different life styles were explained without filter - since both good and bad exists at all levels of society.

Liked it

Good story beyond the romance, although there was a bit of repetition that made the story drag. I liked the characters - they were well-developed and interesting. Good voice acting. Some hot scenes.
