Simply Immersive

Maybe it's just me, but I love the way these stories draw you into the action by telling the tales from a second-person perspective. They are all about you as the listener (or reader, in the case of the print version). .Listening to these well curated stories is quite the experience. They are each different, but all similar in the way the listener becomes immersed in the story. It's sort of an auditory virtual reality system, much enhanced by the superb narration of Rose Caraway, who does a great job with both the male and female voices. On some of these stories, I would swear she has been taking acting lessons. I particularly liked the way she handled the voice of Odonte in the Tamsin Flowers story. Nicely done indeed!

If you're looking for some escapist eroticism, I don't think you'll do better than listening to "In Medias Res: You in the Midst of Things."
