This is a romance novel, not a thriller

The narration was unbearable. It was not a human narrating it, so it was just horrible. I ended up reading most of it on Kindle. I thought the book was a thriller, but it was a romance with some elements of a thriller. It wasn’t horrible for a romance, but it did not have the quality of storyline and writing I would expect from any other genre, especially a thriller. There were just so many elements of the story that were questionable as being realistic plot lines. I can suspend reality a little but this was beyond my capabilities.
