Not what I expected

I downloaded this as a change of pace. I had a few Audible credits to burn ? so I figured what the heck. I am not sure what I expected, but this was not it. I have listened to three shows now and I am absolutely charmed by the host. By the second show I felt like I was tuning into an old friend. There is a perfect balance here of treating sexuality with the fun it should be, along with the proper level of frankness. This isn?t a Dr. Ruth show where the host tries to say the word erection and orgasm as often as possible to lift giggles. The show is informative, interesting, fun, and just a bit titillating. Give it a listen.

An Audible gem!

"In Bed" is probably the main thing that keeps me renewing my Audible membership. She's funny, and friendly, and smart, and all sorts of good things. If you're offended by naughty words, or if you don't understand irony, you may be uncomfortable, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND this may be just what you need to learn to loosen up! For the rest of us, Susie is a great reminder that there are intelligent sex-positive parts of the world, and she sure knows some interesting people.

(To the bizarrely clueless people who accused her of racism: she was CRITIQUING the stupid rumors about Rice and Powell, not saying they were true. Sheesh! And she wasn't actually trying out that vibrator on the air (more's the pity), she was just kidding.)

Just like you and me!

I love Susie Bright! I love her voice, and she makes me laugh on my commute. I am a Catholic school graduate and an accountant, how more stilted can that be? This was my first "dabble" into the naughty world of erotica and now I realize that she's just like you and me (well, me, at least) and it's OK to talk about and be curious about and have questions about sex! My relationship with my husband has blossomed because of Susie, and I am just ever-so-slightly more open minded. But mostly, I love to laugh!

Excellent show

Quite excellent. I must second one other listeners comment. I would like a year subscription please. Susie's show is relaxed, informative, funny and a great companion for the ride home. If you are looking for some high brow human sexuality and consciousness discussion....wrong place. But if you want a straight forward honest and frank discussion, this is the show for you. Thanks Susie, keep 'em coming.

A great source of info, Susie is plugged in.

In this overly censored times we live in, where on TV it is okay to see a person?s brains splatter against the wall in the most violent of details. But to see a breast is bad. It is like a breath of fresh air to listen to Susie tell it like it is.

I've been labelled as being very sexually knowledgeable. Little do they know that I only listen to Susie .... for that past two years.

Too Many Encores...

Susie is fun, witty, exciting and entertaining ... for about 6 months. Then she goes on vacation and leaves you with "encores." After a few encores of encores you begin to wonder whether your subscription credit would be better utilized somewhere else.

Sextacular!

After first picking up "In Bed" for a month, I soon found myself subscribing for a year and would opt for a life-time subscription if it were possible. This show simplifies sex for anyone...something that everyone needs. Filled with great interviews, interesting current events related to sex, and reviews of various books, movies, etc, Susie Bright manages to delivery a weekly show that many wish could be daily.

Looking for an intelligent and amusing distraction? Susie always has a outlook on sex that is personal, warm and witty. She is not afraid to speak her mind and does so from an informed and experienced point of view.

Susie Bright proves that the sexiest thing about a woman is attitude! "In Bed" is attitude with a capital "A". A fantastic listen.

Hooray for Susie!

Susie's show is so refreshing! Her sensible, sex positive attitude is always a pleasure to hear after all the prudishness and sexual repression that is so prevalent everywhere. She is also very funny and has a lot of good advice.
