There’s no affirmations at all.

It’s just a droning sound for 5 hours. What a waste of money. Not one word is spoken unless I missed something. Why this advertised with a clip of someone talking is misleading and frankly disappointing. False advertising and a waste of money. Zero stars without a doubt.
