More like a scam than anything else

There are no instructions on how to improve drumming or whatsoever; some chapters are random guitar tracks, sounds of rain and thunder with some indistinguishable words from far away people conversions, some meditation tracks that mean nothing... total BS.

Do not waste your time or money with this; Very useless.
