Sounds like a spooky forest. Not pleasant.
Would you try another book from Subliminal Hypnosis and/or the narrator?
Probably not. I purchased two of these on the same day, and they both have the same sounds recorded to cover the subliminal messages.
Would you recommend Improve Body Circulation Subliminal Affirmations to your friends? Why or why not?
No. I was expecting some sort of music or pleasant sounds on this recording, but instead I found the sounds disturbing. It really sounds like a spooky forest...as though there were animals howling in the background and trees rustling.
