Impostor Syndrome is a pattern where a person doubts their skills and successes and has an internalized fear of being discovered as a fraud. It causes one to question if they're good enough to be who other's think them to be. These stinkin' fears really can suck the life out of feelings of pride and the ability to accept future successes.
