Suspenseful!

This was my first Clarissa Bright's book, and won't be my last. This is the first installment in the Bound by Bloodlines Series. This is a great start to the series. Tristan and Adriana's story is entertaining, action packed, and suspenseful. This is a great start to the series. Tristan is handsome, and protective. Adriana is naive, but strong, and determined. They are opposites attract. The world building is captivating. The supporting characters are intriguing. The story ends with a cliffhanger, and I am looking forward to listening to Shattered Crown, the next book in the series, to know what happens next. Michael Knight did a great job bringing this story to life.

Awesome Beginning !!!

By the very talented author Clarissa Bright and the marvelous narrator Micheal Knight comes the beginning of a great series. Warring families in the mafia world. Betrayal, lies and arranged marriage all lead to a world of mistrust and deceit. The suspense keeps you glued as mistakes and betrayals escalate. I cannot recommend this audiobook high enough.

I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars overall

This was my 1st story by Clarissa Bright, and I left it wishing I had eyeball read this instead of listening to it. The story was okay, but I found it to slow at first, and then a little chaotic in the pacing as the story progressed towards the end. The narrators was also new to me, but I had a terrible time dealing with his FMC voice, and when narrating the MMC it often felt as if every word was uttered as slightly louder than a whisper. This ended on a cliffhanger, but I think I'll get my hands on a physical copy to finish the story.

Get ready for the whirlwind!

This book hit all the emotions. I found myself waiting for my next chance to dive more into the story.

The two main characters are relatable in the sense that they both struggle with a lot of self doubt. I love the strength the FMC shows as she continues to fight and maintain her identity and not letting others decide who she is or needs to be.

This is an emotional rollercoaster. There’s so many pieces coming together that as soon as you get wrapped up in the family drama you then are thrown back into the relationship forming.

This book leaves you hanging and wondering who you can trust.
