Classic poem beautifully narrated

I love this poem for its timeless power to provoke the same reaction. I always feel like I’ve been picked up by my boot straps and reminded of who I can be. Phillip J. Mather is the perfect narrator for this landmark poem that everyone should hear and own to play again and again. A very special recording.

Swimmingly spoken poem

Smooth delivery of a great Brit favourite. If only we painted pictures of modern masculinity in similar prose and people actually read or listened to it.

If

This is a very short but nice classic poem about a father telling his son what it takes to become a man. The narrator has a deep appealing accent that was a perfect fit for this piece.
