Unexpectedly an amazingly fun time.

A curiosity purchase to see why this book has so many ratings. The title sounds absolutely ridiculous and that i really just had to see how is this going to turn out since I got it on sale and figured I had nothing to lose.

Well, anyways, I had to finish this in one sitting once I started. It was so well written! I guess at a glance I expected some really poor writing but this actually was extremely descriptive, fun, easy to picture and great characters and world building to set up the scenes.

I also found this to be absolutely ridiculous with its approach to Erotic writing. This was also so weirdly unexpectedly appealing. It's super innocently spicy and It just scratched that itch of wanting a big, charming, dumb slab of meat.

This is a stellar erotica and now i want to go back and buy them all up now to keep getting more of these adorable blue big guys.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the intense connection between the main characters. Survival, connection, life. It was so beautiful and intense.

What about Hollie Jackson and Mason Lloyd ’s performance did you like?

I LOVED their performance. It was PERFECT. It was quite funny when the Hollie mimicked the guys voice, and when Mason mimicked the girls voice. hehe.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed. I about cried. It was too funny.

I NEED the rest of the ice planet Barbarian series on audible. ASAP. I loved them tooo toooo much.

One of my fave kindle series now in audio!

I’m so excited to see one of my favorite kindle series in audio! Ever since I read Ice Planet Barbarians, I’ve been watching for new installments to come out. Ruby is one of the authors I check regularly to see if there’s something new. I didn’t even have to listen to it to RECOMMEND! Happily, narration is a plus with Jackson and Lloyd. Hope you enjoy as much as I did. Big Smiles.

Better than I expected

The story was great. The smut was steamy. And the narrators added to the audio. Make sure to be careful listening to this at work...

Interesting

I like the take on this ice world. The information that is revealed throughout their journey keeps things interesting, and not to heavy on the sexual side. I'm glad the author held true to the main storyline and didn't let the sex overload the book. Great job!

Steamy Alien Fun

I love Ruby Dixon and have been wanting to give this series a try for a long time. I’m so glad I did! The story starts off sad and scary and all the women awake on a strange ship after being abducted from their homes. The aliens that took them are vial and treat the women terribly. But once they crash on the new planet the women find not all aliens are the same. This story was equal parts sexy and sweet. And has me dreaming about space travel! Already bought book 2!

Unexpectedly great

My only complaint is how short the book is. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it and found it hard to put down.

i had a good ol time

i had a hoot and a half on my 6 hour road trip. if you want to laugh and listen to some smut this book is great. i want a sa khui of my own! but only if its vektal🤭

I downloaded this as a joke

I probably should know better by now, but I downloaded this book out of curiosity and sort of as a joke. well, joke's on me because I freaking loved it. it's fast-paced, well-written and, for being an alien smut romance, actually fairly believable. the author does a good job building the world and creating characters that feel real.
honestly, my two complaints are: I didn't like the main characters' name 😕 and I thought it was weird that she didn't think about friends/family left behind until 70% through the book. other than that: 👍👍
As a side note, did not care for the female narrator's accent for the MC. other than that, the audio book was a great way to keep "reading" while working 😳😓🤷‍♀️ like I said, I loved it.
