It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

Short and Sweet
This brief account of the legendary life of Ibn Battuta is a source of great joy. The narration and the music harmoniously enhance the journey. I suspect Ibn Battuta approves. 😃

I was hoping for a breakdown of his travels because I can’t read Arabic and got the first couple sentences of a Wikipedia article.

Waste of a Credit
Upon downloading this I found out that only 1 chapter is recorded. That's right, you'll get a 15 minute overview/header of the book. nothing else.

absolute waste
this is a waste of 15mins absolutely pointless. I was looking for the actual travels of ibn battuta not single paragraph describing that he did indeed travel.
