A fun and wild "what if" story.

love it when the author reads the book. Not only is Robert the man but the sound design was brilliant as well.

great work

a very fun story with a lot of memorable new takes on cybernetics, the post apocalypse and the nature of war. anyone who doesn't like the book is probably a religious extremist or a pearl clutching prude.

Evans book is more majestic than a 3 wolves shirt

Finally, a futuristic novel I can get on board with.
Most modern dystopian literature seems to be written by dudes who write constitutional fan fiction in between prepping run’s to their local Walmart. Not this book. “After the Revolution” is a witty, dark, and wildly entertaining documentary about life in the post truth era. Full of memorable characters in fantastic places, the books frantic pacing kept me entertained and dialed in for the entire trip.

More “The Dark Tower” than “Patriots”, you’ll rarely feel the need to shower after listening to the subtle, between-the-lines political commentary. If you’re fan of anything halfway decent, do yourself a favor and get this book (seriously).

Grim fairly plausible future dystopian fiction

A solid story. Good characters, concept and writing. Occasional editing funk, but infrequent, and hardly disrupts the story.

10 outta 10

This has been a special joy to listen to given how and where I grew up - in extreme religion in the Midwest. The author has written something unique and narrated it wonderfully. Releasing it as a podcast so more people are able to listen is just one more reason to hold the author in high regard.

Edge of your seat.

This book is absolutely fantastic I wish I had a hard copy to keep reading after the new episodes. I have yet to be left with a dull, or boring moment. The character introduction and cross over is absolutely fantastic. Detail so vivid I feel like Im with Roland about to break Sasha out of the heavenly kingdom. I cannot wait to hear what’s next.

great post apocalyptic book

post apocalyptic America following 3 characters from different walks of life. swapping between the points of view and the sci-fi nature of the post humans has made this the most entertaining book I've went through since GoT

My hind brain made me post this

Hey, you should probably listen to this if you're into post-apocalyptic fiction drug use or Texas. Or at least 2 of the 3. Robert is killing it with his performance. Can't wait to hear where the story goes from here. (Currently chapter 11.)

Exceptional

Written and read by absolute legend Robert Evans this is an incredibly fun listen. Excellent world building. I'm not a writer so this is the end of my review. Read or listen to this book at your earliest convenience and you'll love it. That's a personal guarantee from a stranger so it's pretty serious.

Loved it!

Really well written & read, ended up listening to most of this over a couple of days. Really well built world and characters that are easy to identify with. I made my best friend get into it and we had our own wee nightly booklet over this book.Think I might have a crush on the readers voice.
