Publisher's summary

"Now, I don't pay good wages because I have a lot of money; I have a lot of money because I pay good wages. In my idealism, I am really a materialist wise enough to realize that I cannot be the only one to benefit".

Let this audiobook take you on a journey through the life stages and philosophy of a remarkable man. His actions were guided by principles far ahead of their time - principles which today are still absolutely relevant as a viable model for company leadership in the future; a potential blueprint for social, cultural, and political sustainability in corporate culture.
