“I am a spiritual being having a human experience.” I am getting a bit philosophical as I explore this idea of we are not our bodies or our minds or our job, ect. I get into how we can learn to drop labels we give ourselves and see ourselves as the dynamic individuals that we are. I share how we are having a mortal experience but that we are so much more than all of it. I refer to some great articles and videos that helped me understand maybe a little bit more this idea of not being all of the many things that can easily define us. Come get philosophical with me and explore this topic.
