Excellent & Practical

Dr. Oliver’s book is excellent and serves as a practical guide for leaders to truly invest in their employees. She, in plain English, breaks down industrial & organizational concepts and dispels false theories such as “survey fatigue.” She also helps people understand the distinctions between engagement, satisfaction, employee experience, and other psychological constructs.
