How many times have we all said, "I wish someone had told me"?
Well, I'm telling you.
Just like a dear ole Dad.
This ain't advice or "how to" or self-help.
It's simply a collection of things I wish someone had told me when I was younger.
Whether or not I listened might be a different story, but at least I couldn't say no one told me.
And had I heard these things, maybe life would have been better in some way.
I Leave You My Words is not a magic cure for anything. It's not a step-by-step guide to anywhere.
It's an old man gently and firmly sharing some hard-learned lessons from living.
For example: You don't have to make every mistake yourself. You can learn from others' mistakes.
There's a hope for those looking to live a life of purpose with grace and dignity.
These words may help.
Here are some honest and simple observations on money, having a significant other, seeking success, and living a life that has direction and feels like it means something.
For example: If you want a wonderful significant other that will last a lifetime, work on becoming the kind of person someone can trust to be a wonderful significant other for a lifetime.
They say you can't take it with you.
I disagree.
So...I leave you my words.
