I was immediately invest in this story same as 2 previous one in this series. Both author and narrator do an excellent job one writing and giving us something different from what we already know and the narrator delivering the story.

Poor Jane Seymour is often thought to have been bland and boring. This story presents her in a slightly different light. Very well written and narrated. I will be listening to the whole series.

Definitely a page turner! I will read this again as it presented a different perspective of Jane and William Dormer’s relationship.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves historical fiction during this time period. It is so nice to hear affection from the 15th century from the point of view of Henry the eighth’s wives. I love the detail and even the emotional dialogue I feel the narration was very well done and truly truly enjoyed this.

l enjoyed the book. it was a different perspective and had my attention from start to finish.
Polly Lee is an excellent narrator and her sensitive rendition added to the story.
