Publisher's summary

The poem, "I Have a Rendezvous with Death", expresses some of the heart wrenching universal truths and conflicting emotions anyone who goes to war must face: that you'd rather be home than at war and that death is there with you at all times, either waiting for you to die or waiting for you to kill.

K. Anderson Yancy Brings Prose to Life

Would you consider the audio edition of I Have a Rendezvous with Death to be better than the print version?

Yes. K. Anderson Yancy brings prose to life. The intonations and inflections of his deep and distinctive voice move with the words and so do your interest in what lies ahead for the protagonist. You can hear the magnitude of the task ahead and the resolve to move forward. Well

Which character – as performed by K. Anderson Yancy – was your favorite?

The protaganist as portrayed by K. Anderson Yancy brings to mind the legendary Don Qiuote as he takes on the Impossible Dream.

Any additional comments?

Very well done! I am looking forward to listening to my next K. Anderson Yancy audio book.
