The first book

This book along with all the channeled texts by Paul Selig are great. It took me some time to get use to the writing and the grammar. There can be much to unpack in a sentence, so comprehension can be difficult at first. These books are heaven sent. 😉

What did you love best about I Am the Word?

This is truly a guide to teach and assist you in actions you can take to clear out your 'old junk' and begin living a life in consciousness and intention.

What was one of the most memorable moments of I Am the Word?

Clearing out the bolders that held me back and learning to see each individual as a worthy being with his own devine nature, no matter how they present themselves!

Which character – as performed by Paul Selig – was your favorite?

Having Paul's voice be the one to tell what his guides and teachers are saying is important. I don't feel that it would have been nearly as impactful if he had asked someone else to read this. Besides, Paul has a wonderful speaking voice!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed and cried with myself through the whole process, which of course I'm not done with yet!

Paul calls them the guides; I call them the teachers. I've learned SO much about myself and the world. I'm climbing the mountain now - keep reading his other books and you will too.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Only if I thought he or she would appreciate it and understand how profound the material is. Unless a person has been a "seeker" a long time and was never fulfilled with any of the partial teachings of the last 40 yrs, they might just miss this teaching from the Source.

What other book might you compare I Am the Word to and why?

Power vs. Force was very helpful in showing a clinical explanation of higher consciousness and "enlightenment" but was dry material even though read by the author. It was important material but Word spoke to me directly as if no one else had received this teaching.

Have you listened to any of Paul Selig’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No...the text was brought to me by my daughter and she said read it! It is important...and i did. I am ordering the next 3 and will devour them as much as i can take at any one time...I am glad the channeler/author read it...one of the best thing about many audible books.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes...I felt as though each section teaching was directed at me personally. Often an event at home would be the lesson the next morning almost exactly. It gave me insight into my behavior and reactions in a very timely way. I felt very emotional several times just because of the clarity of the message and its impact. More crying than laughing, although who ever imagined a Representative of the Infinite Energy would be lighthearted at times about Mr. Selig's occasional resistence to the setup.

Any additional comments?

After 40 yrs of reading and participating in spiritual pursuits of many kinds, and moving away many times out of discouragement, to suddenly hear a teaching that affirmed exactly the conclusions i had extracted from so many sources and even reinterpreted. was astounding. In one comment, I heard verbatim something i wrote down and retained from college in 1972 after a very profound spirtual experience...44 yrs later!!! I was humbled by what i heard in this text and will read the next 3 and if there are no more i will read them again so that i can leave this world completed and fulfilled.

Regardless of your religious affiliation that leads you to source or the universal consciousness. This book and Paul’s guides have profound teachings. It can be daunting to listen to the way in which it translates, but it is worth it. I feel this book provides a clear means to allow ourselves to connect better to source.
