It really works!

I think I was knocked out within 10 minutes and didn't wake up once last night. That's a miracle for me! I woke up feeling so refreshed.

A great overview from the author.

I enjoyed how the author spoken how messy the mind can get with needless feelings. The approaches presented in the book will be very obliging in keeping the mind attentive when working on a major task.

This book is very nice.

Thinking stuff over and over and over until I finally decide to do what I thought of doing straight from the beginning is something I always do :P This hypnosis recording helped me stop doubting myself and got me to take action.

Loved it!

The Narrator voice is perfect which makes a big difference in listening to audio books, perfect for bedtime too I feel sleep from the relaxing voice which it’s hard for me to sleep and woke up retaining the information. It also helps you let go of stress that’s holding you back from your life!

Overthinking is not good.

I found this audiobook helpful in making me more conscious of what I already recognize and suspected. It includes tips on breaking the overthinking habits. A good book in today’s world.

love it and her voice also the price 4 2 in 1 is a bonus. i go to bed listening to this and after the 1st nute i used it i woke feeling a hundred times better plz people i suffer with mental health issues and other stuff that life passes your way abd if it can help me it can help you

Narrator is awful BUT...please read review update!

I had high hopes for this audio book but the narrator is so off-putting. Stop starting sentences all the time, it is not a relaxing listen at all.
I found it super irritating.
I did fall asleep midway but I put this down to the fact I had very little sleep last night and also the fact that I was laying in bed with my duvet on!
Do I feel better? Can't say I do... yet. I will give this another go just to see but I'm already dreading that voice!
can't even say I liked the guided meditation as it was so bitty.

update: I totally take back all I said above, although I will keep my original review visible as it may help others with the same issue.

I tried it again!!!! It was completely different! Still bitty broken sentences but I can honestly say, my overthinking has gone from 100% to about 20% after that 2nd listen. I don't know how but I don't care... its changed my day to day life and freed me from the torture of overthinking.
I've changed my 1 stars. I've already recommended this to friends!

bells wake you up at the end

loved the other hypnosis book with the same narrator. however this one has chimes at the end that ho on far too long and woke me back up.

Learning to live without prejudging everything

This one hour audible had many real case examples that brought us relocations of our friends, family members and very prominently ourselves. The author presents methods to break out of reflecting that are practical and presented concisely.

There is truth in this book.

Very helpful stuff.

After listening to this I can say there are many things in the book I had already know but I had elapsed, so the book was a decent reminder. There was a lot of new information in the book too, on the psychology of the brain and new ways of looking at life that are very helpful.

It is for me, for you, for everyone.

There is so much valuable information in this one hour of audio. This book is written in great way that it expresses directly to the listeners. When I listen to it, I felt like it was written for me.
