I turned this on just before bed, and I was zonked in no time - not because it was boring - it was very interesting. But I was gently lulled to sleep, and I slept better than I'd slept in years. When I woke up the next morning, they were literally at the book's Conclusion, meaning I got at least seven hours of sound, solid sleep. My sleep score was the highest I have ever achieved! I normally average five or six hours of okay sleep. When I woke up, I felt amazing and have felt calm and empowered all day.

I’ve already passed off the title to a friend of mine, and highly recommend it. The author delves into the different types of anxiety we experience and gives us tools to handle it. This is not 'just another self-help book' - it works!

I liked the content and the narrator’s calming voice. The music and other sounds were excellent too.

Everything hit the mark, but I especially loved meditation 50 on Inner Peace.
