This guy spends a few MINUTES over the entire 8 hours basically telling you to relax. The rest of the time is music-annoying music-flutes and some sci-fi sounding crap. At one point, it even sounded like a fog horn in the distance and every single time it blew, I cringed. If I wanted ambient sounds, I would have picked some suited to me-for free. How is this supposed to help with anger management? I let it play all through the night, to give it a full chance, but it woke me up repeatedly. I'm angry I wasted a credit on this and frustrated I wasted my time and I'm exhausted now because it totally screwed up my entire sleep cycle! I want my credit back!!!
