Not worth it

Much more music than actual hypnosis, I wish I could return the audio book. Ripoff.

What Were They Thinking?

The description for this audio title is total BS. It starts with classic relaxation technique and then plays sleep music for eight hours only to be interrupted at the end by a loud, jolting voice giving credits and copyrights! Are you kidding? Pathetic...

there used to be chapters and a working navigation bar, these are now gone and I can't listen the way I want.

Terrible sound and music

This is the first poor review I've ever given an audible audiobook. The background music is so loud and annoying, it drowned out the speaker. In addition, the music sounds like someone set a stack of books on a keyboard, and left for several hours, while a cat walked across the other keyboard. I took the earbuds out after a while, because the sound was so annoying.

Not Good!

There is not much meaningful content. And the music is jarring and choppy. It's not good for sleeping at all. I'm kind of surprised because I usually love this author.
