quiet time

This listen really did put me in a state of total relaxation. It is an 'adult' publication, for certain, but the language is not crude or colloquial. Given that the author does use sexually explicit language, the language is not offensive or jarring. Well read, not lengthy, and furthers the relaxation purpose.

Beautiful and Sensual

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this to any decent woman. It is worded in such a way that it isn't repulsive or offensive, and yet accomplishes the goal it claims it will. It is not written for hookers or women who are used to filthy trashy language. It is sensitive and respectful and yet very sensual and seductive. The narrator has a very nice voice, as well! You will relax just listening to his voice.

You will recognise moments when you hear them, believe me!

What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Reading the book would not hold a candle to hearing it from the lips of this soft-spoken gentle, yet seductive man.

Obviously! But I'm probably not going to describe it here! "Wink"!

Tastefully done

I bought this for myself for Valentines day. I love it.

Oh my!

A must buy for every woman with alone time...very relaxing. He talks a bit fast in the beginning but slows down when he needs to.

Great relaxation

The progressive relaxation replays then moves on to the hypnography portion, & I usually fall asleep before the second progressive relaxation is done. But if I'm awake, the rest is definitely engaging. I've bought & listened to the one for men as well, but that one's not as engaging & I prefer this narrator.

As arousing as reading the phonebook

Save your $ and credits. More than half is simply a guided meditation. The part that's supposed to be 'arousing' simply... isn't.

Very Helpfull

I've always had a problem with this issue, and after getting this it has made me feel better about the way I look at me. And my body it helps me relax and destress. It was the best purchase so far for overcomeing my body issues, and issues with this.
