Publisher's Summary

Surviving a few weeks at the world's most lethal boarding school was one thing. But now comes the real test: Can November Adley find her missing father before her enemies find her? Subterfuge is the name of the game in this thrilling sequel to Killing November, from the number one New York Times best-selling author of How to Hang a Witch.

After surviving a crash course in espionage at the mysterious Academy Absconditi, November has only one purpose: finding her missing father. Along with fellow student (and heartthrob) Ash, November follows the clues that her father left, embarking on the deadliest treasure hunt of her life. The first clue is in her hometown, where old friends beckon and unexpected enemies lurk around every corner. The second clue is in Europe, where revelations about her family's history will plunge her into an international web of deception, lies, and intrigue. The third clue is deep in enemy territory, surrounded by the most skilled assassins and master strategists, and where everyone wants her and her father dead. Can one girl with limited training infiltrate a centuries-old organization that is powerful enough to topple empires? November only knows that she'll do whatever it takes to save her father...or die trying.

It’s a MUST listen. MUST read.

Following “Killing November” we pick up right at the end of the first book and head into non-stop action, chilling thrills and a wonderful romance that had me hating to see it end. From the mysterious boarding school to sleepy Connecticut onto the Highlands of Scotland you just can’t put it down (or stop listening in my case). I can only hope there will be a Book 3.

It’s not often that you find a second book to be better or even just as good as the 1st! I wish there was a third!!

Hunting November

I loved this book! I read the first book and that one was good too. I read the other book and was soo impatient I went looking for it everywhere until I found it here but that’s not the point. This book is amazing I love all the action and romance all together it’s soo cute! I mean you get shocked at the end but it’s a good read I read or heard the book in less than 3 days you just want to keep reading it. I LOVED this book I’m just hoping there’s a third.

Addicting

I finished this book in 2 days, any extra moment I had I had it playing in the background. my only problem with it would be the ending, I would have loved for a final wrap up chapter to see how things fell into place months forward. I hope the author writes a follow up even if it is just a short couple chapters.

Great second book/conclusion

I recently discovered "Killing November" and flew through it and happily grabbed up this second book in the series. I love a good YA spy type novel and this one was no exception. I kept trying to figure out why November's dad was leading her around with clues and where the story was going to wind up and I enjoy each part of the mystery unraveling. It is a YA book, so it's not as gruesome as a lot of adult spy mysteries can be (plus no graphic sex, thank goodness!), which I personally like. The story was really good, as was the narration (the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because her accents need some work, but it was nothing that made the narration unenjoyable). I was torn between liking that this wasn't a long, drawn out series, and sad that it was over after only two books. I highly recommend this book/series to both young adults and adults who enjoy this genre and I will definitely be checking out more by Adriana Mather.

An adrenaline rush and a heartbreak

This is so good. I don't usually go for thrillers, but this book is an exception. It kept me on my toes, and I didn't see the end coming. There was one scene in particular which had me crying like a baby, which, I guess isn't surprising. I want more!

ANOTHER EDGE-OF-YOUR-SEAT READ!!

Absolutely loved every minute of this book. Adriana is an excellent writer & cassandra is an excellent narrator. I can't imagine Nova sounding like anyone else. I eagerly awaited this sequel and my mind was blown! As always with Adriana, (check out How To Hang A Witch & it's sequel Haunting The Deep) the sequel was no let down and I cannot wait to hear more from her incredible imagination. Such a talent. I highly recommend this audibook! It's full of twists and turns and the narrator gives each character their own personality and voice, making it easy to distinguish one from another. Absolutely perfect!!
