This is useful audiobook about how to use food as your fuel. It is useful to learn about metabolism, sustaining nutrients, energy process. If you want to get introduced to catabolism, anabolism, producing and spending metabolites you will find this book interesting. It is 47 minutes long, which I really liked. Just enough time to listen during exercise or going to work. This book is also beneficial for people trying to lose or gain weight. This book is suitable for people with and without a medical background. The narrator did a nice job.
Highly recommended for people interested in metabolism.
