Story
What is swing trading? Are you a beginner and would you like to start, but you don’t have any kind of basics about it? Do you want to have success in your personal finances? The truth is...swing traders rely on the theory of predictability in an unpredictable market, and some reference technical indicators such as Elliott Wave, lines of support and resistance, short- and long-term moving averages, and Bollinger Bands. The solution is to not confuse swing trading with other types of trading. It is important to know that each type of trading is different.

mostly a useless book
This book is extremely rudimental. It's mostly a waste of time.
It has a lot of useless filler, but very little useful information.
It might be useful to a teenager who never heard of the stock market.
I can guarantee you can not trade anything after reading this book.
You can learn more efficiently by watching some youtube videos.

Solid and Enlightening for All Kinds of Traders
This from a long time value investor who knew very little about technical data and charts. I thought MACD was the symbol for McDonald's! /:
The book is clear and concise. Reader is solid. Principles not personalities. (However, the couple comments about stocktwits is pretty funny (and true)). My only suggestion is to provide videos instead of pdf charts. It's a lot easier to learn that way. Solid resource, though. Also, why no cup & handle?? Am I to assume you don't like it? Anyway, I love his sober conservatism and his focus on professional discipline. E.g. 2 to 1 risk assessment, 2% rule, scaling out, etc. I'm pleased I bought this and took the time to listen. I'm going to listen again and take detailed notes. I guess I can't really know at this point, but I feel that this can be a solid foundation for a swing trader. Even if you are not planning on becoming a swing trader I think it is a valuable tool because you can learn where good entry points are for long term value plays.
Happy trading.

not bad not great
This should be called intro to swing trading. Most of the info I found a little basic. I was hoping to hear more specific strategies. The 2 to 1 risk reward ration is interesting, I find that with a 2/1 ratio you are much more likely to get stopped out early. Yea, true you can be wrong a lot more and still be profitable but it is almost inevitable that you will be wrong much more often. Sometimes I have better results with a 1/2 ratio making more small wins and taking a few larger loses. Overall, the book kept my attention.

Really Learned Nothing
Save your money or credits. This book won't help you trade. There are other great traders on twitch and other mediums that do a much better job. Can't fault the author, But you'll only learn trading by having a strategy and to be able to get intense feedback on that strategy. there are so many nuances that a book just can't teach.
