easy follow

Love the way this book is written with the chronic procrastinator in mind - there's a lot of personal content which helps the reader feel 'normal' but offers a lot of practical help that is tried and tested to be easily implemented

definite guide

I really enjoy this book. It is simple, common sense, and easy to follow. I'm putting all my hope on these techniques. Even though I just finished, I saw myself practicing some strategies while I was still reading. I gave it a four because I found repetitive in some sections and the table of content was not easy for me to follow. However, the content is meaningful and useful.
