Making Peace with Uncertainty

One thing I learned from this book is that uncertainty doesn’t have to be a threat because we can train ourselves to tolerate and even welcome the unknown. I appreciated that he offered small exercises instead of just theories. Practicing this daily can lower anxiety a lot more than I expected. Now, I catch myself before I fall into "what if" spirals.
