Publisher's Summary

This audiobook will help you get motivated to stop drinking by pointing out the benefits of quitting and by going over the 12-step program. The program needs to be applied in an Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) group, but this simple guide will give you some insights, and go over it - so you'll be a step ahead before you show up there.

Find out more about the prevalence of the drinking problem, the negative effects on the human body, all the things you'll have if you stop, and the basics of the 12-step AA program.
