It's OK nothing great

We already no the steps but it's sticking to them people need help with and yes we no the things to stay away from like your mates at the pub wtf but when it's gard core and u need help all around this will not fix it a rehab or just doing cold tarkey will as that's what I did after 45 years of taking drugs and it was horrible but I got some pain killers and sleep aid to help when it 1st got bad and now am a year free x but I must say I did a lot of spells on u tube with drugs and I belive they worked I also asked for help from my sprit guides and angels and no am no a wacj job am just a lady who want her life back so I tryed everything
