I like how some of the recipes are introduced

I like how some of the recipes are introduced with a family story and/or information about the recipe, food and pairing suggestions. I also like the names of the recipes, and finally, I like the suggestions she has included in the book.

I am trying to cook healthier for my family

Great and nice! Awesome book! I love this cookbook. I am trying to cook healthier for my family and this book is amazing! My very picky 16-year-old even admits that the recipes are good and he was very resistant to eating "diet" food. We love the chicken Philly Chicken cheesesteaks, the coconut chicken strips, and the Caprese chicken pasta, just to name a few. Very basic ingredients... Not crazy hard to find stuff like some other cookbooks.

Incredible kick-starter for an eating routine

Was an incredible kick-starter for an eating routine change. I have been utilizing it for a couple of months presently, pulled a few plans that are regulars for me, and others that are enjoyable to attempt every so often. For somebody who had no training on the most proficient method to get ready plant-based dinners, this has worked extraordinarily to assist me with progressing my eating routine.

Enjoyed that there was a huge amount of recipes

I really enjoyed that there was a huge amount of recipes. There were some grammatical errors. I would have liked to see the Fish with the other meats instead of tacked on at the end. Some of the recipes had a lot of ingredients, and I personally don't like spicy things, but if you do, this is a good one for you! Great book!

Recipes that are very helpful

This is a great book! Especially if you're like me new to this and just starting out. She also does have a lot of recipes that are very helpful. I struggle with eating healthy. So this book was very helpful in describing exactly what a "plant-based" diet really is, and the benefits. I liked the success stories and encouragement, too. I will be using this book as a reference as I attempt, yet another time, to try to become as healthy as I can be.

I like the recipes

Loving that! This is a nice and updated Instant pot cookbook. I like the recipes as well as how this book explains Instant Pot. A great resource for the beginner. I appreciate the variety of recipes and the specific tips that are a good springboard for finding recipes online. Once you understand how the Instant Pot works and feel competent, it's not such a mystery. The author does a great job of walking you through using each of the features on your Instant Pot. Well done! Great!

Particularly yogurt and cheddar

Particularly yogurt and cheddar. Be that as it may, before the second's over a week, I wasn't feeling the loss of any of it. Before the finish of the third week, my taste buds woke up. The assortment of nourishments, tastes and unadulterated excellence on the plate makes this a day by day experience. Best of all is the amount more vitality I have now.

The recipes are simple

It’s full of normal foods without a bunch of fake meats and stuff. The recipes are simple and don’t require a ton of ingredients. I’m very happy with this purchase!

So far I’m loving this cookbook! The foreword was well formulated with the realistic approach things may need to be modified or trying out new things to make recipes work. It’s great how things are fresh and clean, instead of carb-loaded or cheese covered to taste good. This is the best vegan cookbook I’ve to listen to.

I don't have much experience is plant based. I have found that this cookbook has easy to follow recipes that are quite delicious and this cookbook also has great tips to help people who are not familiar with pressure cooking. If you are new to pressure cooking with plant based, get this cookbook, great for beginners! like

Additionally, the suppers are extremely phenomenal

Incredible book. Additionally the suppers are extremely phenomenal. Notwithstanding, I do concede, I do include a little avocado oil when I saute in light of the fact that even no stick dish stick. I am eating so solid, that a teaspoon of oil in the dish won't hurt anything. Simply my conclusion.

This cookbook doesn't disappoint.

I love it. This cookbook doesn't disappoint. Brandon did a great job of describing the recipe and gives great instructions. Some of them even have step by step pictures but they each have a picture of the end result which I look for in a cookbook.

Cooking consistently from it

We've just had this cookbook for a few weeks now and have been cooking consistently from it and WOW. We have not found a recipe we haven't liked. Both my wife and I are trying to lose some weight and finding recipes that taste great but aren't as calorie laden as many cookbooks is a wonder. Plant-based Diet is great!

This is a highly comprehensive book which will teach you pretty much all you need to know before embarking on a plant-based diet. I love it! every recipe.

I love it! every recipe, detailed nutritional information and very practical for day-to-day use.
