Eh.

I'm glad this is a very short book and I did not pay for it. I listened mainly because I was curious what kind of information such a short book could give on a very complex subject. Turns out not much. This is all stuff you should already be miles ahead of understanding if you are thinking of opening a restaurant, or at least one that will survive more than a year. It gives nether good philosophy nor practical actions in moving an aspiring restaurateur closer to their goals.
