Great find

Starting from the bottom up I have already invested several hundred dollars but looking to further educate myself on investing. This book is very authentic and easy to understand. Does not try to intimidate the listener with fancy jargon. I’m a Latino and it is great to see a Latina having success with investing and willing to teach others!

Excellent for beginners

Pro: Very detailed and helpful information.
I know almost nothing about investing. I am at the beginning phase. I find most of the books that I come across overwhelming and complex for someone like me.
If you are wanting to start from scratch and learn the basics, start here.
I plan to take immediate action with the knowledge acquired.

Con: She speaks a little too fast for me. It felt rushed. Slower speech will help me comprehend this new information.
I will need to listen over and over again, pause to take notes.
I wish there was a script I could download. I really need this information on print.

This an awesome resource that helps you understand a broad overview of investing. The author uses really good analogies to help explain investing concepts. Listen to this if you’re a beginner! You won’t be sorry!

It's a sound advice.

The title should have been How to start investing (in stocks) with just a $100.... The author gives a decent glimpse of the stock market and retirement.. Considering she had less than 55 minutes, I would say she did a great job with this audiobook.
