Spotting the agenda giveaways

In a world where narcissism and personality disorders are at an all time high, it is imperative that we educate ourselves on the intricacies go human behavior. This could pertain to the not so sinister (how to read a room), and the more sinister (is this person trying to manipulate me?).

Either way, the more we arm ourselves with this extremely important human behavioral knowledge, the more we can all have a peaceful and more empowered world, free from the manipulation of particular individuals suffering from personality disorders that, to be frank, are not fun to be exposed to. My favorite thing about this book is the focus on actually practicing on yourself and looking at your own behavior and body language in an objective way, which is sure to seep over to many other areas of your life when it comes to engaging with other people. I always say: If you understand a behavior within yourself, then you’ll see it clearly and understand it clearly in other people, Great, important stuff and put together with a compassionate attitude.

Wealth of Information

The act of relieving stress was one of the things in this audiobook that I really loved. The author provided a wealth of knowledge and useful stress-reduction techniques. Now that you think about it, while you're under stress, what can you accomplish? Personally, I'm not going to use the advice I learned from this audiobook to read people just for fun. I'm going to use them in every aspect of my life. I had no idea that improving internal tension was necessary, but this audiobook has shown me that it is, and I will definitely put these techniques and advice to work.

It's a worthwhile audiobook to own. I believe the author put a lot of study into creating this excellent book. I'll suggest it.

Good info to analyze yourself and others

The first six chapters of this book are excellent, with great information about how to learn more about yourself and others by paying attention to body language, behaviors, and mindfulness. I especially like how much psychology was shared, and I learned much about myself. I didn't give this five stars because chapter 7 was completely different from the rest of the book and did not seem to fit. The last chapter seemed to tack on some meditations and affirmations, which were not performed well. For example, the meditations and affirmations switched back and forth between first person and second person, so that was just odd. Then, sometimes there was creepy background music that reminded me of the music used I old 1960s sci fi movies when strange alien creatures were about to sneak up. So.... if meditations and affirmations are important to you, enjoy them. If not, listen to the first six chapters - because they are excellent.
